LA MER
La Mer is a retail, hospitality, entertainment and leisure area. Being beside the lake adds character to
the atmosphere. It is truly an integrated area besides ‘capital hills-’. Envisioned to be the destination
for fine dinning, restaurants, coffee shops and street style food stalls. The lake covers the area from 1
